Symbiosis ERP is a modular core for finance, inventory, procurement, sales orders, assets, and HR hooks, plus industry editions for construction, healthcare, logistics, education, real estate, and hospitality. You get approval matrices with immutable audit, multi-entity and multi-currency books, and parallel-run migration from Tally, QuickBooks, or legacy ERP. Open APIs and events let Agent Cloud and Flow act without becoming a permissions bypass. Start with the modules that hurt and grow without a re-implementation.
ERP projects fail by trying to boil the org chart. Editions start from your industry's defaults, then we tune to your operation rather than forcing your operation to fit the software.
Every system we ship assumes AI-era operations: clean APIs, event streams, and permission models that governed agents can act through later. You may not deploy agents this year, but your ERP shouldn't be the reason you can't next year.
Books cut over when the numbers match, not when the calendar says so. Parallel-run reconciliation, plus industry rules like retention and RA-bill math for construction, batch and expiry for healthcare, and per-trip P&L for logistics.
Modular resource core
Finance, AR/AP, inventory, procurement, sales orders, assets, projects, and HR hooks - deploy independently, compose over time.
Industry editions
Construction, healthcare, logistics, education, real estate, hospitality - pre-shaped workflows, not empty shells.
Multi-entity & multi-currency
Legal entities, intercompany, currencies, and consolidations with clear ownership of each book.
Approval matrices & audit
Role-based approvals, dual-control on money movement, immutable document trails that survive inspection.
Procure-to-pay spine
Requisition → RFQ → PO → GRN → invoice match → payment - one custody thread auditors can follow.
Order-to-cash spine
Quotes, orders, delivery, invoicing, collections - with credit limits and exception queues.
Inventory truth
Warehouses, batches/lots/serials, valuations, cycle counts, and variance workflows - edition-specific rules (expiry, site wastage, recipe yield).
Projects & costing
Job/project cost ledgers, budgets vs actuals, WIP, and milestone billing where the edition needs it.
Assets & maintenance
Fixed assets, depreciation, AMC/CMC schedules, work orders - shared core, industry overlays.
Tax & compliance packs
Regional tax hooks, e-invoicing connectors where required, retention schedules, and evidence exports.
Banking & reconciliation
Bank feeds, payment runs, auto-match with break classification - close faster and prove it.
Migration & parallel-run
From Tally/QuickBooks/legacy ERP with reconciliation harnesses until balances agree.
Open APIs & events
Integration-first: webhooks, idempotent writes, master-data ownership - agents act through governed APIs.
Agent-ready permissions
Scopes for Agent Cloud (read invoices, post payments, create POs) with least privilege - never shared admin.
Flow-native workflows
Approvals and exceptions can run on Symbiosis Flow while ERP remains system of record.
CRM & commerce bridges
Customer/vendor master sync with Symbiosis CRM; POS/commerce ingest for hospitality and retail-like outlets.
Mobile ops
Store issues, GRN, POD, site receipts, approvals - built for the floor and the road, not only the desk.
Reporting & Analytics handoff
Operational reports in-product; semantic metrics for Symbiosis Analytics / NL queries.
Document & attachment spine
POs, invoices, claims, licenses attached to transactions with retention - AI extraction can draft, humans confirm.
Sandbox & cutover OS
Config versioning, UAT sandboxes, cutover checklists, and rollback plans as product features.
CONSTRUCTION
Projects, BOQs, site inventory, subcontractor billing, retention & RA bills.
HEALTHCARE
Clinic/hospital ops, pharmacy/stores with batch/expiry, procurement with license checks.
LOGISTICS
Fleet, trips, fuel, maintenance, warehouse, per-trip P&L.
EDUCATION
Admissions, fees, staff, campus inventory - ops backbone (LMS is Learn).
REAL ESTATE
Units, sales pipelines, payment plans, collections, project costs.
HOSPITALITY
Recipe costing, store-to-kitchen, procurement, daily flash - POS-integrated.
Investment is bespoke to estate size, compliance needs, and deployment shape - book a demo and we'll map the right fit.

ERP, answered
Can we migrate from Tally/QuickBooks/legacy ERP?
Yes - migration with parallel-run reconciliation is part of implementation. Books cut over when the numbers match, not when the calendar says so.
Do we have to buy every module?
No. Deploy the spine that hurts (often inventory+procurement or finance+AR/AP), pick an industry edition overlay, and grow without re-implementation.
Is the Healthcare Edition an EMR/HIS?
No - it's the operations backbone (inventory, procurement, finance) that integrates with clinical systems over HL7/FHIR where needed. Clinical software is a separate track.
Does Hospitality replace our POS?
No - it consumes POS data and closes the loop against inventory and purchases, which is where F&B margins actually leak.
Can AI agents post into our books?
Yes, through governed APIs as Agent Cloud principals - least-privilege scopes, policy checks, and immutable audit. Shared service accounts are not the model.
How do editions relate to the core?
Core is shared resource planning. Editions pre-configure workflows, documents, and industry math (retention, expiry, per-trip P&L, recipes, fee plans). You start on defaults, then tune.
