Why we collect it
To reply to inquiries, email diagnostic readouts you request, and improve Ask Symbiosis accuracy. We do not sell personal data or run ad retargeting from this site.
Processors
Hosting, database, and (when enabled) the Ask model provider process data solely to deliver those features. Ask may call Anthropic when an API key is configured; otherwise answers stay extractive from this site's own content.
Retention & rights
Lead and Ask logs are retained only as long as needed for follow-up and quality. To access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@symbiosistech.ai.
