ERP, CRM, HRMS, supply chain, manufacturing, fintech, and healthcare platforms - tailored product implementations or fully custom builds shaped to your real workflows, integrated with your real systems, and maintainable by whoever comes after us.
Off-the-shelf suites make you rent someone else's process; full custom makes you maintain everything forever. We work the middle: product cores where the problem is commodity, custom modules where your edge lives. Differentiation deserves custom code. Payroll usually doesn't.
Enterprise software fails at the seams - the integration nobody owned, the master data two systems both think they control, the workflow that lives only in a supervisor's head. Builds start there: data ownership, integration contracts, exception paths - then work inward to the screens.
Clean APIs, event streams, and permission models that agents can act through later ship with every system. You may skip agents this year; the ERP still shouldn't block you next year.

Enterprise Software, answered
Custom build or off-the-shelf - how should we decide?
Ask where you differentiate. Commodity processes (payroll, standard accounting) rarely justify custom code; the workflows that win customers usually do. Our blueprint sprint scores each capability and typically lands on a hybrid: product core, custom edge.
Can you take over a half-finished system another vendor left behind?
Yes - common entry point. We start with a short technical-debt assessment to establish what exists and what it costs to keep, then either stabilize-and-continue or re-plan honestly. What we won't do is quietly rebuild everything and bill it as maintenance.
How do you keep us from being locked into Symbiosis?
Handover is a deliverable: your repos, your infrastructure, documentation, tests, and training for the team that owns it next. Retainers are for velocity, not hostage-keeping - and our contracts say so.
Start with the sprint.
Fixed fee, few weeks, and you end up with a plan you could execute without us. Most clients don't - but the leverage is yours either way.
