Lift-and-shift is a tactic, not a strategy. Moving a monolith unchanged onto expensive compute is how companies pay cloud prices for data-center architecture. We sort workloads honestly: some move as-is, some need re-architecture, some should retire, and a few belong where they are.

Whichever your constraints pick. Existing agreements, team skills, data residency, and specific services usually decide in the first workshop. We're provider-pragmatic across all three; when it's a coin flip, we'll say so and pick with you.
How long does a typical migration take?
A pilot wave lands in weeks; full estates take quarters, not years, when run in waves. The readiness sprint produces a dated wave plan - until discovery is done, any timeline is fiction, which is why we do discovery first.
Our cloud bill exploded after our last migration. Can that be fixed?
Usually, and often fast. The first month of FinOps work typically finds real savings in rightsizing, scheduling, orphans, and storage tiers - then commitments and architecture changes take it further. What lasts is cultural: cost visibility per team, reviewed monthly.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Maybe. Many services, multiple teams, and variable traffic - it often pays. Three apps and five engineers - managed containers or serverless will serve you better. We're happy to talk you out of Kubernetes.
